Description
These Group Homes offer the highest quality in ‘Access & Mobility Homes’, and were designed to accommodate clients with additional support needs such as ‘Challenging Behaviour’ and ‘Complex Health Needs’.
Incorporating the following key elements;
- Design and Construction in accordance with AS 1428.1 – Design for Access & Mobility
- Design and Construction in accordance with AS4299-1995 – Adaptable Housing
- Ceiling Hoist Track Systems to bedrooms & bathrooms
- Solar Panel Systems including Gas Boosted Solar Hot Water
- Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems in accordance to AS 2118.5
- Structural Design including flexible future use options
- Material and Design elements to minimise ongoing maintenance costs
- Evacuation & Emergency lighting
